Photo, video, live content, editing, reels, recaps and other post-production or handoff work around the Mehfil.
Creators and influencers doing service work for somebody else’s Mehfil are Crew. If you run your own Mehfil, that is the Host hat. If you are building your own recurring group, that is the Community hat. One person can hold more than one hat.

Create a profile, say what you do, when you are available and how you prefer to be compensated. Hosts can browse and request Crew; you accept or decline.
Do the work clearly
Current rails attach Crew to a Mehfil, show the Host roster and record completion or no-shows. Better briefs, tasks, deliverables and before/during/after engagements are opening next.
Build a track record
Completed-work history starts the record. Portfolios and richer verified work history are near-term product work, not something we pretend is already live.

The deal
You choose what to offer. You choose what to accept.
There is no approval queue for becoming Crew, and a live profile is not a promise of work. An engagement can be paid, perks or barter, or another agreed structure. Actual scope and terms belong to the engagement, not a universal quote on your profile.
